Step 1

Documenting & Mitigation

Hail-damage-What-to-expect-1.jpg

Your insurance company will want you to hire a contractor to assess the damage to your property after a wind or hailstorm.

Contact us right away we will help mitigate any further damages by performing temporary repairs (Tarping, water extraction ,fans and dehumidifiers, ect)

We will document any and all storm damage and create a detailed report to turn in to your insurance company’s adjuster along with an estimate of repair.

*KingsmencontractingLLC and its associates are not insurance adjusters. We are contractors working on behalf of the property owner assisting with the restoration of the property. We can not make your insurance provider pay for anything. We only document the damage and submit it along with our estimate of repair.

Step 2

Estimate

KingsmenContractingLLC uses “Xactimate” to create our estimates. It is the same software your insurance company’s adjuster will use to create their estimate of repair. Xactimate automatically creates the pricing based on your zip code. Repair estimating will not be an issue as long as everything that needs repaired is represented on our Xactimate.

Step 3

Workorder

Once our estimate has been approved, we will sit down with you to discuss and select colors, materials, and any upgrades we will be completing. We wont collect your first payment until the materials arrive and we begin work.(Please Make all checks payable to KingsmenContractingLLC)

We will invoice your insurance company on your behalf and collect the final payment once our work is completed to your satisfaction.
