HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE?

A standard 30-45 sq residential roof will take us (1) day to install. A commercial roof will take about (1) day per 20 sq installed on average 1,000 Sq Roof

There are variables that may cause delays such as difficult access, more than one layer, specialty systems or roofs steeper than 10/12.

ARE YOU A LOCAL COMPANY?

Depends on what you consider local. We are local to the state of Missouri, the main state were we conduct business.Most roofing companies are national companies where the owners live states away. Very small and few companies where the owner is the actual roofer who will be on the roof installing your roof system usually are as local as can be and usually live in the county or town they service. So yes, we do consider ourselves local.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

We offer a industry standard (2) year Craftsmanship warranty that covers the material and labor cost of any roof repairs needed to repair flaws in our craftsmanship.

Our product manufacturers warranty is usually 10 year to lifetime depending on the brand of materials we use. We can discuss product warranties once we know what system you would be interested in.

WHAT TIME DOES YOUR CREWS START INSTALLATION?

Crews typically arrive between 7am to 8am depending on location of project. They work 10-12 hours days since they take a 1-2 hr break around noon in the hot summers while the sun is the hottest.Safety is our number one concern so we ensure everyone is cool and hydrated during the hot summer months.

ARE YOU GUYS LICENSED AND INSURED?

Yes. We carry Workmans Comp and General Liability. We would be more than happy to send you a copy upon request.

We are licensed with the state and most cities in the state. However if we are bidding a your job in small town USA we may not be licensed in your town but we will definitely have our office submit the proper paperwork to acquire a business license before signing any contracts and performing work.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

HOW WILL YOU GUYS PROTECT MY PLANTS OR PROPERTY DURING THE PROJECT?

Construction is a messy activity. There will be inevitable possible casualties such as a few broken branches on a bush or damaged flowers on occasion. We may temporarily damage areas of your lawn or landscaping (Which we will correct). However we do install tarps around the perimeter of your project. We also bring plywood to cover ac units or garage doors. We take preventative measures to avoid damage to your property. If there is a special plant or bush that is irreplaceable or has sentimental value, let us know and we will give extra attention to it (Example. A client once requested we take extra care of a small pumpkin plant his grand daughter had planted. It had 5 pumpkins growing on it. We were extra careful and blocked the small area off and the pumpkin plant survived the project even though it was directly under the roof. Buying the client 5 pumpkins would not have pleased his granddaughter so we had to make miracles.)
